RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with G.V.O, Inc. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, earrings, adhesive bras, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. G.V.O, Inc reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for G.V.O, Inc to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. G.V.O, Inc is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Exchange by Phone
Call us at (310) 923-8474 to ensure you get the size and color of the item you would like to exchange for. You will be charged for the replacement merchandise and we will cover the cost of standard shipping for your exchange. Upon receipt of your return, we will credit you for the returned items minus original shipping and handling fees.
By Mail
If you would like to use a pre-paid USPS label to return your items, please call (310) 923-8474 or email info@theninjamasks.com with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package.
Securely pack your merchandise, return/exchange form and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. If you need to print another Return/Exchange Form, click here. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and an $5 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
48 hours on Wrong Item Claims
"Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 48 hours from the delivery time.

Please note: We offer FREE Standard shipping through USPS. The method you select upon checkout. Standard shipping via USPS takes between 2-5 business days depending on location. Express shipping via UPS takes between 1-2 business days and overnight shipping will get to you the next business day. G.V.O, Inc can ship anywhere in the USA!
